Rajasthan Solar Processing Zone (Raj SPZ) – being developed on 630 acres land near Ramdevra, Jaisalmer District which has the best solar raidiation in India.  Sites of minimum 30 acres are being allotted for various project developers to apply to NVVN under the National Solar Mission.  Raj SPZ offers common approvals (land use conversion, power evacuation etc) and ready made infrastructure consisting of land development (boundary fencing, internal roads, yard lighting, borewells and water (Yes!
